Behind the name Depeapa hides a young illustrator Veronica de Arriba, who lives and works in sunny Granada in the south of Spain. From an early age, she loved to draw. She studied fine arts in Bilbao and worked as a graphic designer for a few years after graduation. Towards the end of 2007, she founded the Depeapa brand, which in Spanish colloquially means "from beginning to end" (de pe a pa). This is a great name for her products, as the manufacturing process is manual from start to finish. Shortly after posting the first photos of the products on her blog, she started getting orders from stores. Today, Depepa’s beauties travel all over the world, from Europe to Australia, from Asia to America. Her love of geometry, color, and the character of vivid figurines is strongly represented in her works.
